Throughout my travels and love for exploration I came across the most wonderful hotels around the world. Many of these hotels are at a price point that may be out of reach for the average traveler, but nonetheless these posh hotels are perfect for a special holiday or occasion. From a design standpoint they are superb; the ambiance, the rooms, the spas, and restaurants, all make these some of the most special boutique hotels around.

Heres a look at some blissful finds:

…Cornwall

This Eco-Friendly Hotel is whimsically fresh, the views are captivating, and the ambiance is rich in modernity.

… Edinburgh

This Magnificent Scottish Hotel was built by the Italian Fashion House, Missoni. Throughout the stark black and white quarters there are splashes of vibrant color, that puts a true Missoni stamp on this amazing property.

…Florence

This immaculately pristine hotel is refreshing and chic. All white, stark yet rich with detail, Hotel Home is romantically divine.

…Paris

This ultra hip and soulful Phillip Starck Hotel is moderately cheap for its trendy hospitality and uniquely dark ambiance. A Parisien hot-spot for dining and drinking, Mama Shelter is hypnotically cool.

… Bordeaux

This exclusive French Spa commissioned legendary Belgian Fashionista, Martin Margiela, to re-do a fabulous suite for the hotel. The rustic exterior is contradictory to the lavish interior that makes this retreat so special.
