Merci

Merci's Symbol..the Car in the Courtyard

A whimsically cluttered ABC Carpet-esque store in Paris caught my attention while exploring today. Merci, a beyond fabulous concept store, opened by French couple Marie-France and Bernard Cohen, was created as a charity to donate all proceeds to children in Madagascar. This magnificent 16,000 square foot store located in an 18th century Parisien building is an ethereal haven for design and fashion. Selling books, furniture, jewelry, perfume that you can create yourself in the labratory, and clothing by designers such as Isabel Marant, Azzaro, Stella McCartney, and YSL, Merci is epic. As you browse from room to room, you feel as if your in someone’s home, taking a peek at all their divine things. Sit on the plush couch and sip a tea while reading a vintage-book from the floor-to-ceiling library, or dig through the trunks of unique goods and clothing, and find something so rare and special that you will be elated with happiness. This philanthropic mecca is heavenly, and a special haven that you must visit while in PARIS!

A peek in the whimsical world of MERCI:

Merci Paris

Merci, paris

Merci, Paris

Merci, Paris
